Payment Terms

Sales Policy :

We require payment in full to confirm your reservation. Some hotels may make extra person charges. Credit card or cash deposits may be charged by hotels for incidental expenses. All special requests are subject to availability on check-in.

Promotion Policy :

Reservations will be made by Siamese Travel at the full amount of the package/programme on the confirmation of the reservation.

Terms of Payment and Cancellation :

Cancellation charges will be based on the circumstances and will take into account the date of notification and the actual expenses incurred by Siamese Travel. There may be cancellation charges from hotels, carriers, restaurants etc depending on the circumstances both of cancellation or no shows based on the date of notification and the actual expense incurrred. There are no refunds for unused portions of any tour or unused services. Claims must be made by in writing and received by the tour operator within 10 days of the end of the holiday.

Changes to services and prices :

After receiving your booking request we will check availability and confirm via email, fax or phone. As soon as you confirm your booking by transferring full amount to our bank account we will arrange and book your selected package.

Warranty/Redress and your duty to assist :

Payments must be made to our bank, or upon arrival if previously agreed. Our bank details are:
